In today’s global business environment, the competition for talented employees
is fierce. Organizations spend a great deal of money on human resources
programs designed to attract, develop and retain a workforce of talented
employees. Thus, many organizations frequently audit their human resources
programs to determine the quality of service being provided to their employees.
The Corporate Human Resources Survey provides factual information on how your
organization’s human resources programs and services are perceived by
employees. We currently offer two human resources surveys, a management and
non-management version.
The following is a brief description of the determinants of service quality and
functional service areas assessed by the non-management version of the
Corporate Human Resources Survey.
Determinants of Service Quality: Where appropriate, each HR functional
area is assessed according to the following service quality determinants.

Human resources staff assists management employees throughout the hiring
process, and in dealing with employee relations, compensation, performance
appraisal, promotion, facilities, and training issues that involve their
subordinates. The Corporate Human Resources Survey (management version)
measures management perceptions about the quality of services for each of the
major human resources functional areas.
